After the opening of your store, the Headquarter sends a coaching manager to be resident and give advice. If franchise stores have extra manpower needs, the Headquarter can also offer paid support after coordination; the headquarter often provides in-service education and training.

Before the opening of your store, the Headquarter offers corresponding training courses respectively to franchisees and their employees with the training period of employees up to 15 days (three weeks);
after the opening of your store, the Headquarter will continue to launch training courses for franchisees and employees and strengthen the communication with franchisees.

The parent company chooses designated suppliers to supply raw materials for franchisees. The Headquarter formulates specifications and standards for some raw materials and allows franchisees to purchase on their own in the locality; the distribution of raw materials are ordered weekly or monthly in accordance with the distance between franchise stores and the Headquarter and their stock demands; the relevant logistics management and transportation fees are paid by franchisees.
